What Should The Professional Teacher Be Like



Here are tips on becoming a professional teacher in teaching:
1. Mastering 4 basic competencies.
The main thing to do is master the concepts of professional teachers. Then gradually and continuously applying it in classroom learning.
As is known there are 4 basic competencies that must be mastered by teachers, namely: professional competence, pedagogical, social and personality competency.

2. Always study and update information.
Professional teachers need to keep learning, updating the latest information about teacher assignments. Add knowledge through mass media, print and electronic media, and network media. Thus the teacher will not miss the latest information.

3. Discipline in teaching.
Discipline in teaching is the key to the success of a teacher in carrying out learning. A disciplined teacher will be a role model for students so students do not want to play in learning.
In this case not just any discipline, or rigid discipline. But discipline that adapts to the situation and condition of the school, the character of students and the social environment of the school.

4. Mastering the class well.
The success of teaching a teacher is characterized by his success in mastering the class well when teaching. Professional teachers must be able to manage the class so that learning becomes fun. In the end, the class is easily managed by the teacher.

5. Mastering the administration of learning.
Professional teachers know their content well. This does not mean that they know all the answers, and they are also willing to admit it and find additional resources when needed. Teaching administration is an important component in carrying out learning. Professional teachers must be proficient in planning learning to evaluate learning activities. It was stated in the applicable learning tool book.

To speed up the processing of learning administration, teachers need to master the ins and outs of networked computers.

Primary Education is an Educational program in Jordan consisting of 2 years of pre-school education, ten years of basic education and 2 years of either an academic or secondary vocational high school.   Elementary school is integrated with so-called secondary education elsewhere.   Scholars can attend private or public schools.
